I've got a goal that I'm working toward!!!
I'm going to run 3 times a week and do moderate exercise the rest of the week and ingest no more than 1800 calories a day.
Cutting calories is hard, and cutting portions is harder. Luckily I'm massochistic. XD j/k
I bought a dress 3 sizes too small, and it's hanging on my wall for motivation.
I'm auditioning for a recording company, so I've a reason to lose the weight.
The only problem is that when the time comes around to actually work out or eat healthily, I get lazy. my mom cooks, so I eat what she makes, and I always use the excuse that I stand all day at work and my legs hurt too bad to work out when I get home.
Any tips for that? Thanks!
